Hypnotherapy is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps young people connect with their inner resources, shift unhelpful patterns, and build resilience. Through guided relaxation and focused attention, the mind can explore solutions to challenges in a safe and supportive space.
Whether it’s managing anxiety, stress, exam nerves, sleep difficulties, confidence, low mood, or other challenges, hypnotherapy provides a tailored, results-focused approach. It also supports emotional processing, enhances focus, and encourages healthy coping strategies for life’s transitions.
How it works
Each session is designed to create a relaxed, safe environment, helping young people access their inner calm and develop lasting positive change.
Hypnotherapy works quickly for specific issues, often within just 3 sessions, but a series of 6 sessions can create profound and lasting transformation, embedding new patterns and enhancing confidence, resilience, and wellbeing.
Individual Session (60–75 mins) – £110
Recommended Package of 3 Sessions – £300
Sessions can be tailored to the unique needs of each young person, providing a supportive, nurturing environment where growth and self-discovery can flourish.
