Why it Works

I also draw on Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT), which integrates proven CBT tools with hypnosis.

Studies show this approach can be up to 70% more effective than CBT alone. It means we’re not only creating inner shifts, but also giving you practical strategies to use day-to-day.

What to Expect in a Session

Our first session together will allow me to create an appropriate treatment plan, tailored specifically for you. There are many different techniques available to me, and in our first session I'll be able to identify what will work best for you. You can expect:

  • A safe, guided space to explore what you’d like to change

  • Techniques that blend gentle hypnosis, CBT, and mind-body awareness

  • Sessions that are deeply calming and restorative, as well as results-driven

  • Lasting benefits: many issues shift within 1–3 sessions, while deeper transformations often unfold over a series of 6 sessions

A Holistic, Sensory Approach...

My work goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy. Every session is guided by the philosophy of connection, to nature, to creativity, to the senses, and most importantly, to yourself.

Your “homework” between sessions may include simple but profound practices: mindful walks in nature, sensory exercises, or expressive writing to deepen the shifts we create together. These are not tasks to tick off, but invitations to live more fully connected to the beauty within and around you.

For those who feel called, I also offer nature-based sessions in the Surrey and South West London area. Here, hypnotherapy and creative expression are combined with the grounding presence of the natural world, a truly immersive experience.

How Sessions Take Place

  • Online (Worldwide): Most sessions are held via secure video call, offering a calming and effective therapeutic space from the comfort of your home. I will guide you on creating a space at home to help you get the most out of the therapy

  • In Nature (Surrey & SW London): Occasional in-person sessions weave together nature therapy, hypnotherapy, and expressive writing for a uniquely restorative experience.

  • At Home: Available selectively for existing clients at my practice at home. These sessions are offered by agreement only.

Group Hypnotherapy Gatherings

Small groups, shared calm, lasting change

Alongside one-to-one sessions, I offer carefully curated group hypnotherapy experiences. These are intimate gatherings, a chance to experience the power of hypnosis within a safe, supportive circle.

Every session is designed around my guiding principle of connection through beauty. We work not only with the subconscious mind, but also with the senses, creativity, and gentle practices that help shifts take root in everyday life.

While private sessions offer depth and individual focus, group work adds something unique:

  • The energy of a shared experience

  • The reassurance that you are not alone in your challenges

  • A space to explore transformation in community, while still honouring your own journey

Research shows that hypnosis is highly effective for stress, habit change, and emotional resilience. In a group, these benefits are amplified by connection, accountability, and a sense of belonging.
