Meet Louisa

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to authentic raw beauty, in nature, spaces and stories.

Nine years ago, I was at a crossroads in my life. I was anxious, struggling with self-worth, and unsure of which path to take. I explored interior design, natural medicine, and creative pursuits, trying to find my place in the world.

Along the way, I discovered that connecting with the beauty around me - in flowers, architecture, heritage, the seasons, textures and colours, was incredibly healing.

Through this connection, I began my journey towards self-compassion, confidence, and authenticity.

I learned that slowing down, noticing the subtle things, and engaging all the senses was profoundly beautiful and could soothe the nervous system, inspire creativity, and guide me back to my true self.

Over the past nine years, I’ve built a career and life that blends creativity, spirituality, and science. I’ve written for holistic brands as well as a novel, launched creative businesses, trained in clinical hypnotherapy and mind–body health practice, and developed my own intuitive work through soul mapping.

Each step has led me to a simple truth: beauty is a gateway for healing, but allowing yourself to live authentically, is how you truly heal.

This year is the culmination of a personal 9-year cycle - the end of a period of exploration, and self-discovery. I’ve learned to honour my energy, nurture my creativity, and build a brand that integrates everything I love, and allows me to live day to day, in a way that’s truly me: guiding other women to connect with nature, aesthetics, storytelling, and whole-person health.

Next year, 2026 is the start of a new cycle, a year 1 in numerology, a new beginning for all of us, and I’ll be sharing the tools and experiences that transformed me, so you can apply the same neuroaesthetic principles to your own life.

My mission is to show that even in times of uncertainty, where we can so easily fall into the trap of focusing only on the negativity playing out on the world stage, that we can always find beauty, not just around us; but inside us... and when we tune in to it, we create, we flourish, we heal, and we unapologetically step fully into who we are here to become.

What is an Integrative Mind Body Health Practitioner?

Integrative Mind Body Health Practitioners utilise a range of treatment modalities which include:

  • Hypnotherapy

  • Psychotherapy

  • Mindfulness based approaches

  • Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP)

  • Personal and professional development coaching

  • Other complimentary health modalities, including somatic work, journaling & expressive writing

I work closely with the body, subconscious mind, and the deeper layers of personal & ancestral experience.

Training & Therapeutic Approaches

I gained my Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Integrative Evidenced Based Clinical Hypnotherapy from an award-winning, globally renowned school specialising in hypnotherapy and mind-body health.

My approach is integrative, blending evidence-based techniques with intuitive insight, creative process, neuroaesthetics, and a deep respect for the unseen patterns that shape our lives.

As well as my signature 4-step Connected Calm Method program, I work 1:1 with clients using a number of techniques including:

Expressive writing – A form of evidence-based therapeutic writing that focuses on processing emotions and thoughts.

Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) – evidence-based, structured mindset shifts targeting unhelpful beliefs, a form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Hypnotherapy & Subconscious Reprogramming – Helping you rewrite limiting beliefs at the root level.

As a clinical hypnotherapist, there are many techniques that I work with depending on what is suitable for you. Within our 1:1 sessions we may work together using:

- Indirect Hypnosis & Storytelling

- Timeline Therapy & Inner Child Work

- Parts Therapy

Somatic Body-Based Techniques – To guide you in releasing stored stress and tension in the body.

Rewriting Unhelpful Beliefs Into Clarity & Purpose – For those looking to explore deeper spiritual roots of inherited patterns, core wounds and ancestral imprints, we begin the process of transformation, by using your story and energetic blueprint as the pathway to your purpose.

I also work with nature therapy, guiding women to reconnect with the rhythms and beauty of the natural world. Through mindful walks and curated outdoor experiences, we invite a sense of calm, clarity, and grounded presence that extends beyond the session.
