The Journey Back to You
If you're ready for a profound inner journey of deep self discovery and transformation, then I'm here to guide you, each step of the way.
I spent years craving safety in a world that felt unpredictable. My early life was marked by instability and deep emotional wounding, and somewhere along the way, I learned that staying small was safer than being seen.
Even as an adult, the childhood wounds followed me.. I craved growth, I had huge ambition, but part of me believed allowing myself to grow, would threaten the fragile sense of safety I’d worked hard to build.
My subconscious whispered, This is finally safe. Don’t move.
But eventually, the longing to feel whole grew louder than the fear.
And that longing led me inward.
To nurture my nervous system.
To open up to my creativity, and to begin to explore the unconscious beliefs and old stories that held me back.
Writing became one of my earliest forms of piecing myself back together, a way to make meaning from chaos and to access my authentic voice.
I began to recognise that creativity is a deep part of the healing process, a necessity, a direct channel to the parts of ourselves we lose when we're in survival mode.
Now, I help women who are standing at the edge of change and at a place of rebirth.
Whether that change is something they’ve chosen or something life has thrust upon them, we work together to create inner stability, turning core wounds into your truest gifts.
Integrative Mind Body Health Practitioners utilise a range of treatment modalities which include:

I work closely with the nervous system, subconscious mind, and the deeper layers of personal and ancestral experience.
As an Integrative Mind Body Health Practitioner, I gained my Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Integrative Evidenced Based Clinical Hypnotherapy from an award-winning, globally renowned school specialising in hypnotherapy and mind body health.
My approach is integrative, blending evidence-based techniques with intuitive insight, creative process, and a deep respect for the unseen patterns that shape our lives.
As well as my signature 4-step Connected Calm Method program, I work 1:1 with clients using a number of techniques including:
✔ Expressive writing – A form of evidence-based therapeutic writing that focuses on processing emotions and thoughts.
✔ Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) – evidence-based, structured mindset shifts targeting unhelpful beliefs, a form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
✔ Hypnotherapy & Subconscious Reprogramming – Helping you rewrite limiting beliefs at the root level.
As hypnotherapists, there are many techniques that we work with depending on what is suitable for you. Within our 1:1 sessions we may work with:
- Indirect Hypnosis & Storytelling
- Timeline Therapy & Inner Child Work
- Parts Therapy
✔ Somatic Body-Based Techniques – To guide you in releasing stored stress and tension in the body.
✔ Rewriting Core Wounds Into Purpose & Clarity – By exploring the roots of your core wounds and ancestral imprints, we begin the process of transformation by using your story as the pathway to your purpose.
Your Next Steps
Lasting meaningful change is possible within a single season - 90 days of focused intention, aligned action, and deep inner work, mirroring the natural cycles of the Earth and the body.
Our beliefs are the unseen architecture of our lives, shaping our emotions, actions, and sense of self.
But most of these beliefs are not chosen. They’re inherited, imprinted, or formed in moments when we were too young to understand what was happening around us.
Much of what we carry begins not with personal experience, but with legacy.
Science now shows through epigenetics, (the study of how trauma and environmental factors affect gene expression), that emotional pain can be passed down through generations.
These inherited imprints often live in the nervous system, shaping the way we respond to life long before we’re conscious of them.
Core Wounds & the Unconscious
At the heart of these inherited and lived experiences lie what I call core wounds, deeply held emotional imprints such as I’m not enough, I don’t belong, or It’s not safe to be seen.
These aren’t just ideas. They’re felt truths stored in the unconscious mind and body.
While the subconscious mind is slightly more accessible (through practices like hypnosis, journaling, or breathwork), the unconscious is more hidden, shaped by early life experiences, ancestral trauma, and cultural conditioning.
It often holds beliefs and patterns that make us feel stuck, conflicted, or like we’re repeating cycles we never consciously chose.
Accessing the Unconscious & Reclaiming the Self
To uncover and transform these core patterns, I use an integrative process that blends:
Somatic awareness to tune into the body’s stored memories and intuitive signals
Timeline regression and inner child work to revisit formative emotional experiences
Hypnotherapy to enter altered states where the unconscious becomes more open to change
Epigenetic awareness to recognise the stories and emotional wounds passed down through lineage.
These practices allow us to surface what’s been hidden, bring clarity to the root of long held beliefs, and begin to alchemise the wound into wisdom.
